This presentation focuses on awareness of energy and how you work with it as you navigate through your day and with everyone you come into contact with.  Most people are not aware of “how much they are aware” and how they use it.  When you have a better understanding of that, you can move through your day with much more ease and be more effective.

To help participants to understand it, we will “play” with (experience) energy and they will be amazed how much you feel.  We will also share some tips on self-care.  At the end of this workshop participant will have a better understanding of Healing Touch and its benefits.

This workshop is perfect for family and friends that may be interested in energy work but not sure if they want to take a weekend class.  It begins at 1:00 pm and runs to approximately 3:00pm.  The cost for the afternoon program is $30.00. A sign up will be at the Center or you can call (248-788-5808) to reserve a spot.
